We work with leadership teams to define growth strategy, strengthen commercial infrastructure, and drive disciplined execution that accelerates scalable performance.

 

In addition to leading Commercial Growth, I serve on the Board of Directors for Chemtron Riverbend and Rees Scientific, both portfolio companies of AEA Investors. Previously, I served as CEO of Pure Water Technology (PHSI®) and spent nine years leading healthcare service divisions at Stericycle (NASDAQ: SRCL). I began my career with a 15-year tenure at Xerox (NYSE: XRX) and later served as VP of Sales at Monster.com (NYSE: MWW).

 

Over the course of my career, I have partnered with more than 30 founders through ownership transitions involving private equity, strategic buyers, family succession, and ESOP structures. I have led, integrated, and exited over 70 acquisitions, representing more than $750 million in deployed capital. Across these transactions, I applied lean operating discipline to scale platforms, professionalize organizations, and capture synergies across healthcare, water treatment, industrial services, and technology-enabled businesses.

 

Today, my work focuses on partnering with founders in the water treatment, laboratory/testing, and flexible packaging sectors to drive growth and build differentiated federations of companies—preserving entrepreneurial cultures while creating scale, capability, and long-term value.
