I've focused on attracting talent, nurturing, coaching, and creating employee-focused cultures. ​ I've been told I’m an exceptional communicator and motivational leader, but my true passion is helping people reach their goals. I have helped hundreds of professionals develop and reach their full potential. I’ve had the honor of working with some extraordinary people and achieved significant results. For me, it always comes back to the People-Process-Strategy.

 

Over the last 30 years, I've worked in some great companies; Xerox, Monster.com, Stericycle, Pure Water Technology, and AEA Investors. I’ve enjoyed working with business leaders to identify innovative changes that provide a “spark” for revenue growth, profitability, and enterprise value. I have deep buy-side M&A experience, acquiring and integrating dozens of companies, and have implemented Lean continuous improvement to realize synergies. 

 

My leadership style combines consensus building decision-making and a fast-moving result-oriented approach. I’ve been told I move like the wind. I believe you can achieve any goal with a motivated empowered team.
